Who is The Judah Foundation?

Our Vision

Vision:

Year after year, Judah will be a leader in transforming the lives of orphaned and abandoned children on the continent of Africa. Through acts of compassion, children will be able to experience a world of warmth, security and hope; one in which they have value and self worth.

Foundational Principles/Core Values

  1. Humankind is created in the image of God and has value in God's eyes. Dignity will be shown to those we work with and minister to.
  2. Priority is the ultimate good of the individual or child, beginning with their spiritual welfare and including every facet of life.
  3. Strive for excellence in all our endeavors.
  4. Adhere to biblical principles in all we do by:
    1. Maintain focus on priority reason for being.
    2. Demonstrate love and compassion toward the poor as reflecting Christ.
    3. Relate justly, equitably, and redemptively to the hurting and marginalized.
  5. Practice Christ's' principle of sacrificial love.
  6. Maintain levels of integrity and character that are above reproach.
  7. Maintain accountability to ensure quality, integrity, and clarity in all we do

Transforming Lives - Serving with Compassion

Mission Statement

Judah's mission is to join hands with local churches in providing compassionate and humanitarian ministry for children at risk. Through international projects and programs such as Group Homes, AIDS Hospices and Schools, children's special physical, social, spiritual, and emotional needs are met and people's lives are changed for the glory of God.

Delivery System

A unique feature of the Foundation is its delivery system. Utilizing a worldwide network of missionaries and national church leaders, the Foundation's impact is integrated all the way forward to the community level. Through these partnerships, Judah is able to directly reach the root of the need, providing the necessary framework for developmental care that ensures local involvement, local ownership, and cultural sensitivity.
